The Palm Jebel Ali, an extensive artificial island initiative in Dubai, is advancing consistently and is anticipated to emerge as a significant tourist attraction and residential community by the year 2024.This grand undertaking, akin to its earlier counterpart Palm Jumeirah, will showcase a crescent-shaped island with numerous smaller islands extending from it, mimicking the appearance of a palm tree. The project spans a considerable area and includes proposals for opulent residential units, hotels, resorts, shopping centers, entertainment facilities, and a marina.

Dubai to Install 200 Ultra-Fast EV Chargers by 2026

  Dubai   is taking another big step toward greener transportation. Parkin, the city’s largest paid parking operator, has partnered with charge&go, a subsidiary of e&, to set up 200 ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) chargers across the emirate. This 10-year project is designed to meet the growing demand for EV charging and support Dubai’s long-term plans for clean energy and sustainability. When and where will the chargers be available? The rollout begins in October 2025, when the first 20 chargers will be installed at busy locations. Within a year, the network will grow to 200 charging points in residential communities, shopping centers, leisure destinations, and other high-traffic spots. What makes these chargers special?
