Dubai’s RTA Unveils 16 New Road Projects to Combat Traffic Congestion
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA ) has launched an ambitious initiative involving 16 new road projects across the emirate to address traffic congestion and enhance urban mobility. These projects, rolled out and initiated throughout August, target residential, educational, and major traffic corridors, aligning with Dubai’s vision for a sustainable, smart, and efficient transportation network. The initiatives are part of a broader strategy to modernize the emirate’s road infrastructure, reduce travel times, improve public safety, and integrate innovative engineering and smart technologies into the transportation system. Among the key projects, the RTA is focusing on improving traffic flow in critical areas.
